Good questions.
Clear answers.

What the agents do, how setup works, and where you stay in charge. Here are the details for deciding whether ArkForce fits your business.

What is ArkForce Agent Teams?

ArkForce Agent Teams is a guided workspace for setting up AI teammates for service-based small and midsize businesses. Start with marketing, a chief of staff, or inbound communications. Give the agent business context, connect the tools it needs, and define how it should work with you.

Do I need to know how to code?

The customer setup experience is a guided conversation with quick choices and editable answers. You describe your business and choose a useful first task. Account connections can still require the owner or administrator of the service you want to use.

Can I start with one agent?

Yes. You can start with the role that addresses your most immediate need and add teammates as your workflows grow. Confirmed business information can be reused so you do not have to introduce your company from scratch each time.

How much does ArkForce cost?

Self-service costs $129 per month and uses your own model account. Team costs $2,500 per month with $500 in monthly AI usage. Managed costs $5,000 per month with $1,000 in monthly AI usage and Arklydian setup and maintenance. Team and Managed include unlimited agent profiles.

What happens when included AI usage runs out?

Team and Managed include a dollar allowance for model usage shared across the business. Alerts are provided at 80% and 95%. Additional paid usage needs your approval, or you can use a customer-funded model connection. Unlimited agent profiles does not mean unlimited AI usage or simultaneous computing capacity.

Which apps and messaging channels can I connect?

ArkForce uses the integrations, skills, and messaging options available through Hermes, with established services added where needed. Setup checks your requested tools and the actual actions they support. Communication options being configured include ArkForce, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, SMS, and Buzz; capabilities vary by channel.

How much control do I have over an agent?

You define its responsibilities, business information, connected accounts, and approval rules. Marketing starts with human approval. Setup explains broader permissions and checks whether the selected tool or service can enforce the behavior you requested.

What is the difference between self-service and managed setup?

With self-service, you configure your teammates through guided onboarding. On Managed, the Arklydian team customizes setup, handles maintenance and updates, and supports ongoing improvements within the agreed service scope. Managed staff access depends on the eligible plan remaining paid.

Does ArkForce replace my employees?

ArkForce is designed to work alongside the owner and the team. Agents can take on defined tasks and prepare work, while people supply context, make decisions, approve work, and handle exceptions. The right division of responsibilities depends on your business.

Can I name and personalize my teammates?

Yes. Start with sensible defaults, then shape each agent’s name, responsibilities, and communication style. Personalization is optional during initial setup, so it does not get in the way of your first useful task.
